Good evening, I am trying to download documents that the file owner has shared with me however, it says i do not have permission. I did have to renew my password due to the verification email expiring. Not sure if that is directly related or not. If you can assist with finding out the reason i am unable to open those documents in a PDF to edit or even download them to my computer so i can edit them, that would be greatly appreciated.
