Hi
Welcome to Box Community, and we’d love to help with your shared link access!
The error message “This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you” typically occurs due to one of the following reasons:
Incorrect sharing permissions on the shared file: The creator of the link may not have set the correct access level. For example, if you are not a collaborator in the folder or file, the link needs to be set to “people in the company” (if you belong to that company) or “people with the link” (if you do not).
The person who created the shared link has since removed it.
You are trying to access the shared file using a personal Box account instead of the account with which the file was shared.
To resolve this issue, you can:
Verify you are logged into Box with the correct account (usually your company Box account).
Contact the owner of the file to review and revise the file share permissions or send you the correct link.
If issues persist, contact your organization’s IT admin for help.
