Hi, 


I need help with my admin account/email, and there is no way I can find information on how to do it. When I try to contact support over chat I click chat icon and nothing happens. When I try to send tickets it tells me that my email is not verified - my old admin email is not valid any more and does not work. So, it is a vicious circle. Please advise. Thx.
