Good Afternoon,
I have set up an account with Box, and I am unable to access shared folders. I am sent an invitation, and when I click to accept the invite via email, I am brought to my home page, but the folders are not available. I am told everyone else has been able to connect without any issues. I have tried multiple times as well as they have. I am not given any error messages.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll help with the shared folders.
In accepting a collaboration invite but won’t let you access the folder. You may confirm the email address used to invite you in the folder and see if this is the same email address you’re using to login to your Box account. You can find more information here.
You can also confirm it in your end, please login to Box.com and look for pending invitations.
To find and resolve a pending invitation:
- In the left menu of your Box account window, click All Files.
- In the pending invitations panel under ACTION REQUIRED, hover on the name of a file or folder.
- To see details about the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select View Details.
- To decline the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select Decline All.
- To accept the invitation and gain access to the project's content, click Accept.
