Cant access Box shared folder

Hi, Can I raise a ticket please. Colleague has shared a folder with me, i have accepted but wont let me access it. Please help.

    I signed up for the free trial and will be purchasing. I am admin and I have given 2 employees/colleagues access via first sharing the link and then adding to the admin console. I also gave an external collaborator (our advisor) editing access.

     

    I wanted to see what investors see and experience, I just sent out a link from the VDR directly to my personal email.  Is this a limitation due to the trial period or do I have to permission all viewers via the Admin console first?
