Cant access Box, Need Mac OS update

Hello, 

when we try to access our Box account, we get a message stating we need to upgrade our Mac OS. We are on Mac OS Mojave 10.4.6. we cannot upgrade the OS due to other apps we run. Is there a work around for this?
