Cannot view shared document and cannot change email address

I have tried to change the email address however it comes up with a 404 error.

 

I also cannot view a document shared with me however I think it is because of the email address??

    Welcome to the Box Community! 

    I would suggest to clear cache and try to connect with another network. Make sure that the email address you want to change it to does not have a Box account.
