I'm trying to join a shared folder I was invited to. I can't use an authenticator app so I'm trying to use email as 2FA, which is working for login, but when I try to use that to join the folder I get the error "The email you selected is invalid." I know that the email is not invalid because I'm already getting emails from Box on it.
