Cannot upload larger files to box

Hello, I have a collaborator who is trying to upload a larger file to my box account. The file size is approximately 5gb. However, my box account is supposed to allow for files up to 50gb to be uploaded at one time. I've had her check her browser settings, and her bandwidth.
