I still cannot upload files nor create box.notes: I have cleared cache and everything. This is with regard to the incident on 4/21/2023: apparently it is still NOT resolved--can someone please look into this? I think it has something to do with authentication:

Upon checking this issue has since been fixed as posted in the status page. Also, I tried to check it in the back end as well, and it's already resolved.
