Cannot upload files

I am unable to upload files to a folder i was invited to.  I tried creating my own folder and still am unable to upload files.

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

It sounds like you do not have the necessary permission as a collaborator to upload in the folder you joined.

In order to upload in a collaborative folder, you must be granted any of the following permission levels:

  • Co-owner
  • Editor
  • Viewer Uploader
  • Previewer Uploader
  • Uploader

I always get the below message when I try to upload anything.  I even tried to create my own folder to upload and still got the same message:BOX2_lLwbecHMtSfRmzeUr0NfwQ.png

Can you reach out to the owner of the folder and ask if they can remove and then re-invite you to their folder again and see if that helps resolve this for you?
