Similar problem here. This is what I'm told I'm using, but I'm unable to upload a 380MB file:

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

Here is the info for my problem. As I mentioned, the file I'm uploading is 380MB.
Here it is. My file is 19gb
Maybe me I have the issue that box doesn't let ume upload a file more than 250mb which is very limited.
