Cannot Upgrade Subscription

Have tried multiple times over multiple days to upgrade from free to a paid subscription, and I keep getting this error message. What do I need to do? Any help is appreciated.

Hi - Unable to upgrade from free to paid monthly.  Seems like this has been a recurring problem.
