Cannot update Credit Card information

Hello, I received an email from box that I must update my credit card. When I provide my credit card information it gives an error, I double checked that the numbers are correct.

Then I looked at the browser console and I get the following error. Can someone please help us fix this issue so that you can continue to receive money from us?
