I have a free account and there´s a bug, as I can´t upload a simple mp4 video with 450 MB. Account says i have 10 GB (!!!) of stoarge. So... whats going on??

The maximum file size limit for uploads to Box varies depending on your account type:
- Free personal: 250 MB
- Starter: 2 GB
- Business: 5 GB
- Business Plus: 15 GB
- Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
- Enterprise Plus: 150 GB
- Enterprise Advanced: 500GB
