I have one folder that synced correctly, but i cannot add files or sync. Please advise.

To confirm, are you using Box Sync or Box Drive? Do you see any problem items on the menu bar of your Mac for the Box desktop app you are using or encounter any specific error message when trying to add/ sync new files? Can you take a screenshot and share it here so we can take a look?
