I opened a box account to sign into USAfx for federal discovery. I cannot open an account under USAfx but can log into my Box account. Do I need to be invited by the US Attorney to access USAfx?

I cannot sign in to USAfx after using it since 2017 to receive discovery from the office of the US Attorney. The program autopopulates my email address but I can’t get in when I try to reset the password and never sends an SMS when I click to verify that way. I am so frustrated and stressed out and the fact that I can’t pick up the phone for help is only compounding my stress and frustration.
