I have a collaborator who I want to share a box file with, but the link for the shared file does not go to his email address. The email account of the collaborator works otherwise.

Cannot share a box file with a certain email address

I have the same problem.  There are some employees of our company that I want to share a file with.  Their name does not populate in the email list and when I cut from outlook and paste into BOX the individual still cannot gain access.

 

What do I do?
