Cannot share a box file with a certain email address
I have the same problem. There are some employees of our company that I want to share a file with. Their name does not populate in the email list and when I cut from outlook and paste into BOX the individual still cannot gain access.
What do I do?
Hi I am not able to share a folder with a user. When i cut and paste the email address or type out the email address and add the user, the email address is automatically changed to another user’s email address. The user also did not receive the invitation email from box. How can i fix this?
