I established a new folder, invited my client as Editors, and they have uploaded files at their end. I cannot see any of them! How do I get to the information they have placed in this folder!

Can you confirm with your clients if they uploaded inside the folder you invited them into?
We have previously received similar reports and discovered it was actually a user error, mostly those that are new to Box. Instead of uploading inside the folder they were invited to, they would upload in the 'All Files" page of their Box, thus the folder owner or other collaborators can't see any items that they would add.
