Cannot Reinstate Box Account

Hi all,

My colleague deleted her Box account. Now, she is unable to sign up for a new account using the same email address because it's identified as "taken". Also, clicking to send a password reset link does not generate an email to the user.

How can she reinstate her account, or start a new one at the same email address?

I suggest that your colleague sign in to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support in order to submit a case.

Hi AJ - The login system doesn't recognize her credentials, nor does it send her a password reset link. Her account seems to be stuck in purgatory which is why I'm posting on her behalf.
