Hello. A city's planning department is sending me a link to open a document in their BOX account.
When I click on their link, I get the sign-in to my account instead of theirs.
How can I open their BOX files?

Please reach out to the owner to invite you as collaborator in their files/folders. That's how you could open their files while signed in to your Box account.
