Cannot receive box update notifications

Hello,

 

I changed my notification settings to allow for all, I am still not receiving emails when documents are added to boxes that I am listed an editor on. 

 

Can someone help?

If your Account Settings or Folder Settings are configured correctly, you may be expriencing email notifications issue and here's our recommended troubleshooting steps.
