When I click and select Open, Microsoft Excel to open a Microsoft Excel file from my browser, I get a popup that says "You are launching an application", However, the Excel application is not actually launched.

Cannot open Microsoft Excel from a browser in the application.

The screenshot says "Starting the application. 'Filename.xlsx' is opening in Excel. Saving the file saves your changes directly to Box. ”, but Excel does not start.
