I was able to open all box folders and files from within my document on my laptop.
From yesterday the box icon on my laptop is empty.
Any bodies assistance would be most appreciated.

- Can we confirm the Operating System running in your machine?
- What is the current version of your Box Application?
- Has it ever worked before?
- Could you login to the Box website and see if it’s also empty?
