Cannot Open Box.com Document - Microsoft sign-in gives error code AADSTS90014

I am trying to open a document that was sent to me via Box.com

I login to my Box.com account just fine, and click “View Document”

I get sent to a page to verify that I am human - it verifies me; url reads: scrumconsultoria.com.br/login.click1/signin/uvsdcgsdvkvdgflkb/

It takes me to yet another page to verify that I am human - it again verifies me; url reads: moderation.teafulai.support/p0f8damsl51oalp?88da16cb57f4-223d34526f77923ea4c80474c0f-f41b67df70779e93d7a99d184e05-ccc03684923b3ddbe87335703f24fff6/

I put in my MS username, it sends me to yet another page to enter my MS password which I do, then it gives me error code AADSTS90014

I have also tried to sign-in to my webmail, so that I am logged into my MS account in my browser, then click the email I got about this document, then I get taken to Box.com, click View Document, and the same process is followed and the same error is encountered. 

What is the solution?
