Cannot open Box application on Mac

Hi,

I have just downloaded Box to install it on my Mac. However, I could not open the application. It kept showing me the notice that there was an issue (See the attached one).

    Have you tried to 'manually reset' your Box Drive yet? If you haven't tried this yet, can you please follow the steps provided in this article to reset your Box Drive:
