Hello! For background - I had a box folder that I needed to upload to a different shared Box folder. I uploaded it prematurely (moved instead of copied) and now I am unable to move things around/organize correctly. I have been given ownership access over both folders, but I keep getting messages like the one below. How do I unlock the folders?
"You cannot move this folder because either this folder or the destination folder is locked by another operation."
