I cannot login to the Box Sync app, even though the same username and password works on the web app (https://app.box.com/folder/0). It keeps saying I have the wrong credentials on my Mac app. Can anyone help with this?

Do you mind providing a screenshot of the error that you encounter when you login to the Box Sync app so we can take a closer look?
Also, may we know what version of MacOS are you running and if this is using the M1 chipset?

Sure, it just actually signed me in okay just now, so now it says that it's syncing, but when I go to my Finder and go to my Box sync folders, it says it can't connect to the server. I am connected to Internet just fine. Is there anything else I should do? And my Mac is Mac OS Monterey V12.1, with the M1 chip Pro.

Unfortunately, Box Sync is not Supported on M1 devices as stated in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696234-Understand-the-Box-Policy-For-Browser-And-OS-Support
We recommend installing Box Drive instead which is fully supported on M1 devices.
