To Box Community, it’s been a while since I have used my old Box account. Just one day when I tried to login to that one, all of a sudden, I was required to change my expired password, but when I attempted, my Gmail account was somehow locked and I was unable to receive an email to help me.
I was hoping to reach out to a Box employee so you can change this dilemma for me so that I can access Box again. It’s so much to explain. Thank you.
