Hi, I am using box bought by company. My box worked before but I cannot login to it after the box reset manually. I followed the instructions though. Can someone plz help me? I am using Mac M1 computer.

Have you tried to restart your Mac computer? If you haven't yet, can you try this first and see if you will be able to login to Box Drive?
If the issue persists, please try uninstalling Box Drive following the steps in this article and then reinstall by downloading the installer here.
