Cannot login (2fa)—need ticket support
This post is in regards to the account associated with the email address Katie.clem@lifthealthcare.com.
I cannot login (nor can I submit a support ticket) without entering a code from my Authenticator app. Except I never set up 2fa. How can I access my account?
