I’m having a problem right now, on Box Support, where if I login to open a support ticket, I get redirected to my Box instance. When I return to the Help Center, I’m logged out, even if it’s in the same browser/window. So, I’m just in a loop where I cannot open a ticket. How is that supposed to work?
