Every time I open BOX Drive it asks me to log in, I click it and it sends me to the website to login, after I log in, I am sent back to the BOX Drive Application on my windows pc, but nothing happens. I am left on the Application page that says to login, I click it again and it restarts the cycle of sending me to the online website to log back in. Someone please help, I have tried multiple browsers and uninstalling and reinstalling BOX Drive. Also, I cannot get the chat feature to pop-up on the website.

It sounds frustrating to be stuck in that login loop with Box Drive. Try resetting Box Drive by ending the Box.exeprocess in Task Manager, deleting the folder `C:\users
\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Box\Box, and clearing Box preferences from the registry underHKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Box/Box`. Restart Box Drive and log in again. Ensure Box Drive is up to date and consider contacting Box Support if the issue persists. For the chat feature, ensure you're signed in and that an agent is available, or submit a support request through the Help section.

Follow this guild from Ashly helped me:
-> Go to Box.com and log in
-> In the top-right corner, click on the account icon and click "Account Settings"
-> Go to the "Integrations" tab
-> The first setting should be "Application Linked to Your Account." Click the reset button next to Google.
-> Go to the "Account" tab and scroll down to "Account Authentication" and make sure a password is set. If not, do so.
