Cannot locate old account

Good morning,

I had an account linked with my email and I couldn't get back in. When I reset my password it created a new account and none of my files are in there. Please help!

    Please be advised that you can only have one Box account per email address.

    If you were able to sign up for a new account using an email, its most likely that this email was never used in Box or if it was previously linked to a Box, that account may have been deleted.
