I cannot successfully install box tools. I have followed the instructions at this page: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195273-Continuous-Prompt-to-Install-Box-Tools
I haven't had success. I've worked with my nonprofit's IT and they don't think there is any environment issue.
We have also tried installing box drive, which didn't work either.
The next step on that page is to open a support ticket. When my coworker downloads, he immediately gets the Install Wizard popup. I never get that, but we cannot find any reason why it should be blocked from installing.
Any help would be much appreciated! I use BOX daily and it would make my work much more efficient to be able to use desktop apps.
