Cannot find invitations from collaborators

Hello,

I am unable to see invites in my email or on box from collaborators. I have checked back with the sender 3 times and still nothing is visible in my inbox or my spam or in my box account. Please advise.

    Looking in the account we see shared folders. Can you please check these folders by logging in to your Box account under "All Files"? Are these the files that you are looking for?
