For two days now, I have been unable to access the materials sent to me, despite the best efforts of our IT team. When I try to download I am told I do not have the requisite permissions and must contact the Owner. When I try to open the PDF I am told that I do not have rights to this content. I have reached out via email about this problem and was simply sent the link to "work together" in the folder again which did nothing. I need to access these materials ASAP.
