We have Box integrated with Salesforce. I updated the Box for Salesforce integration earlier today so that we are on the latest version (4.59). After the update, we are no longer able to download files from Box via the Box component in Salesforce. When users click Download, nothing happens. See logs below.

I'm having the same issue. Any update on this plz?


Re-authenticating the service account user corrected this problem for us. Go to the Box Settings tab in Salesforce, click Connect on the "Sign In to Box Service Account" item, then click Reconnect and login with that user again.
