Cannot download a firmware file from manufacturer website

Hello,

I need this file to upgrade my wireless speakers:

When i click on the link, either nothing happens or I get the "Your Download Is In Progress"  window asking me sign up or log in.

Nothing is ever downloaded to my local hard drive.  I wait minutes before I give up.

I have tried Chrome, Brave, Edge, Firefox on a Windows 10 PC .  Chrome, Safari, Brave on my Macbook.  I turned off pop-up blockers and script stoppers.

Each PC was accessing Internet via a separate ISP.

I also created an account.  When I log in, I can see the file in my queue.

I installed he Box app on  my Windows PC.

I click the file i want in the browser, and same, nothing, happens.

What is the secret to getting files off of Box?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Have you tried this using other network connection to see if it makes any difference?

    Also, can you try clearing your browser cache and then try this again and see if that helps?

    I have tried 3 different computer on 3 different networks.  4 different browsers.

    I can download an earlier version of this file, so my browsers and networks seem to be fine.

    There is something about the posted file link that wont let me download.

    I am all set. The earlier version worked for me.  thank you.
