Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll gladly help set an open shared links for your files/folders! 

We’re able to confirm that your global shared link settings for “people with the link” is enabled.

At this time, see if you’re the file/folder owner and navigate to Box.com>Account Settings>Sharing tab. 

Select the radio button for ‘People who can access shared links’ and ‘Default access for new links.’ 

This is to ensure that you have modified the right shared link settings to create an open shared link. 

If you have correctly modified the settings but people with the link is still not an option, please create a new case to work directly with the Box Product Support team.
