Hi, 
I am trying to create a new folder or to copy one and I get this error message: 


''An error occured trying to copy your item to ''NameOfFolder''.


My files are also not syncing from Box Drive. 


I am suspecting that it is because that folder was moved by someone who shares it with me, but how can I verify / fix this issue?
