Cannot create a new account with the email that was used before

*I'm posting this on behalf of my coworker since she cannot write in English.

My co-worker deleted her Box Drive account few days ago. We want to create a new account using her email address that was used before, but the error shows up saying that email is already used. 

Are there any rules such as there must be more than 30 days to use the same account? (We don't want to recover her account, we want to make a new account using same email address.)
