I am not able to add a user because "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise."  The other box account was erroneously opened and then deleted.  We need to add her to our organization account with her work email.


I have researched and tried the options provided by the other users - thank you.  Nothing has worked!!

I'm having this exact same problem.  I received the same error message, "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise."  I had my employee delete his Box account so that I could add him to my organization account, which he did, but I'm still getting the same error.  I found a Help article that said to ignore the error message and hit "Save" again, but then I get a red error at the top of the page that says "Cannot add new users. Please try again."  I'm at a loss.
