Cannot Add New User. Please Try Again Error

I am trying to add a new user to our Box tenant but every time I have tried to add them I receive an error stating that their "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise."

Per a previous post, we can hit "Save" and proceed. However, when I select "Save" I then receive the error "Cannot add new users. Please try again." We have 1 license left for use so I don’t believe it is a licensing issue. Please assist

Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll review the reported error while adding new users. 

 

To help evaluate the error and troubleshoot I’ve gone ahead and opened a new case. A member from the Box Product Support team will reach out to you soon and please keep an eye out.
