I am trying to add a new user to our Box tenant but every time I have tried to add them I receive an error stating that their "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise."
Per a previous post, we can hit "Save" and proceed. However, when I select "Save" I then receive the error "Cannot add new users. Please try again." We have 1 license left for use so I don’t believe it is a licensing issue. Please assist
