Hello! I am unable to add a couple of users to our organization because they have existing Box accounts.

I have the same issue.   What is the solution?

Resolve via Case #3054764.


The issue was resolved by reverting to the old design:


  1. Open the Admin Console

  2. Go to Users & Groups

  3. Click Leave New Design
