Trying to Add Box Shuttle but after I press Add it gives this message and stay like this for hours. Yes, I have waited. And Tried three times in different days already.
I am on Firefox / Ubuntu.
We need to migrate out stuff from G Drive (YEY!) and cannot :/

What if you have NGO status and are on an 'Enterprise Plus Plan' where clearly states the Box Shuttle product is included as outlined the Feature Matrix?
