Cannot access to the Box website and the 2FA is not working with unknown reason

Hello,

My college is administrator of our box but she cannot login/access to the Box website and 2FA is not working with unknown reason.

She had sent the e-mail to ask this situation but not receive the feedback. The problem is still there. Could you please let me know is there any way to solve this problem?
