I have not been on this site for a while, but I cannot login using my old credentials -
the user name for my account is [personal information--redacted]
[personal information--redacted]. When I attempt to log in I get error "Invalid Login Credentials". Note the initial e-mail address ([personal information--redacted]) no longer exists.

I've checked the account and its active, however if you've forgotten your old password for this account, you may need access to the email associated to the account in to be able to perform and request for a password reset link.
If you can’t access the email address associated with your Box account, we recommend either reaching out to your email service provider (ESP) to regain access to your email account or creating a new account.
Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to your email account. You will need access to the email address associated with your account to change your account password. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect your account against unauthorized access.
