I need urgent help recovering access to my Box account.
My Box login email was originally: [old_email@hotmail.com]
Years ago, that Hotmail address was migrated/changed to:
[current_email@outlook.com]
The old Hotmail inbox no longer exists and cannot receive emails.
I had no issues accessing Box for years, but my password recently expired and now the reset link is sent to the inactive Hotmail address, so I am locked out of my account.
This Box account contains many important personal files and photos accumulated over years. I am the legitimate owner and can verify account ownership (files, folders, previous access, devices, etc.).
I need help from Box Support to update the login email on my account from the inactive Hotmail address to my current Outlook address:
Please advise how I can securely verify my identity and recover access.
