cannot access box

I  cannot access the box, and all co-owners have lost their access. no one can invite us to join this box. The box name is ‘0 REN-AU TB review’.  Now the box’s owner is contact helpdesk for accounts, <removed personal information>. the email is invalid. please kindly help.
